Changchun Railway Station. Changchun is the capital and largest city of Jilin province, located in the northeast of the People's Republic of China, in the center of the Songliao Plain. Known as Shinkyo during the Japanese occupation of Manchuria. The Station, known as the 'Gateway to Manchuria' was torn down in the 1990s and replaced with a vast new building.
