Moncorvo House, A large Victorian building at 67 Ennismore Gardens, Knightsbridge, London SW7 being demolished in September 1963. The building was designed by renowned Scottish Architect John Macvicar Anderson (1835-1915) and built 1878?80. Notable past residents of Moncorvo House were Albert George Sandeman, governor of the Bank of England, Henri d'Orleans, duke of Aumale, John Gretton, brewer and father of John Gretton, 1st Baron Gretton and Arthur Graham Glasgow, American engineer and industrialist.
