The blood stream or cardiovascular system is a closed circuit circulatory system which ensures that blood is carried from the heart to the bodyˇs various organs and vice versa. Blood flow enables nutrients, oxygen and hormones to be carried to the bodyˇs cells and to collect cell waste as well as regulating various factors such as blood sugar levels. Being overweight damages the heartˇs condition and its vessels.
