Looking from 74th floor of 336.9 metre tall Tianjin World Financial Center within Tianjin's riverside CBD. Haihe; the 鈥榤other river' of Tianjin - linked Grand Canal with sea at Bohai Gulf. French and British concession areas were created along western side of Haihe River. Many of the low-rise buildings in this image were parts of theconcessions. A band of high-rise office developemt spreads down to Xiaobailou (in middle distance). Linear construction is ongoing work for Metro Line 4 following line of Dagu North Road.
