Victor Glover (born 1976), NASA astronaut and pilot. Glover was selected to be a NASA astronaut in 2013. He served as a legislative fellow in the US senate working as staff for John McCain. Glover graduated with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and three Master of Science degrees. He was a naval aviator and a test pilot in the F/A??8 Hornet, Super Hornet and EA??8G Growler jets. Glover was a pilot and second-in-command on the SpaceX Crew-1 Dragon mission that launched on 15th November 2020 to the International Space Station (ISS). It is the first operational crewed flight of the Crew Dragon spacecraft and the first NASA-certified manned spacecraft launch from US soil since the Space Shuttle was retired in 2011.
