A coat of whitewash applied for August Bank-Holiday week, when this was taken, (1934), brightens up the picture. Over the door on R, there is a small white card. Stepping forward to investigate, I found thereon, \'Comfortable accommodation\' - in the cottage at the rear. It was a crowded week, and large numbers had to be put up in outlying districts.
