The trial of the notorious "Blood Brotherhood" of Japan, which in 1932 inaugurated a reign of terror during which a former Finance Minister, Junnosuke Inouye, and Baron Takuma Dan, head of the great Mitsui combine, were assassinated, was concluded at Tokyo on Nov. 22, when the ringleaders were sentenced to imprisonment for life, and the remaining members of the gang of 14 received sentences ranging from three years upwards.
