The Prefectural Governor of Hiroshima reading Japan's renunciation of war promulgate under the new Constitution, to citizens of Hiroshima at a ceremony which took place in ***** sacred Japanese Shrine 300 yards from where ***** Atomic Bomb exploded. Orphans whose ***** were killed by the Atomic Bomb attended the ceremony. Selections were played by the 67 Batt. Australian Band during the ceremony. November 18, 1946.
