NASA's Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft on top of the mobile launcher, moving up the ramp at Launch Pad 39B at NASA's Kennedy Space Centre, Florida, USA. This rollout is for the uncrewed Artemis I test flight, scheduled to launch on the 29th of August 2022. Artemis I mission will spend around three weeks in space, orbiting both the Earth and Moon, covering a distance of over 450,000 kilometres away from Earth. This is longer and further than any spacecraft designed to carry humans has flown before. The Artemis program aims to land the first woman and the next man on the Moon by 2024.
