Ink and colors on golden brown paper. Each panel 188 x 51cm; overall size 188 x 204cm.
A peach tree and poppy are flowering at a central perforated stone; on which a bird (maybe a pheasent) is perched. The ground with moss; a small stream and flowering lilies and chrysanthemums. Condition C.
China produced export wallpapers since the 16th c. The ateliers did not sign and where imaginative in showing the reality.
