Knife lifter from the wreck of the East Indies sailor 't Vliegend Hart; who died in 1735. The knife lifter is made of wood; probably linden wood (Tilia spec.div.) And metal (washer; where the sting of the knife comes out of the handle). The handle has eight sides and runs pointed towards the end.
