Fittings of a missal band; Ten fitting parts of a missal band; of brass. The ten parts are cut from copper plate; driven; engraved and spun machined. A brass button with seven facets is riveted to each of them. They are provided with holes on the corners or along the edge to be able to smash nails with which they were fastened on the book binding. Four corner pieces have a folded back edge on two sides. The other four only have that at the top or bottom (these were placed against the spine of the book). Two sides of each corner piece are trimmed with an open border of finials. The field in the middle is occupied by three stylized tendrils. The ornament on the center pieces consists of a plant with three leaves and two flowers in a pot on the corners.
