Seat of braided piping; turned on top; processed under straight. On the seat of (A) loose trapezoid shaped cushion; hollowed out at the corner posts; covered with watered red silk over a hard filling. The cushion is trimmed all round with trimmings with woven tassels of alternating yellow and red silk (according to a special pattern). The moire effect is mirrored with respect to a fold (necessary for obtaining this effect) that runs over the middle of the seat. Originally appr阾 is still present.
