The pieces in the corners are palmetal-shaped; with four palmettes and the pieces between the corners are slightly trapezoidal with rounded corners. The pieces are connected to each other by lace inserts; which end in a wide edge with lace; with which the tablecloth is finished around. Overall; the lace has a symmetrical pattern with floral scrolls; c-volutes; flower vases; and bobbin lace cartouches. In the cartouches; needle lace patterns are made with rosette flowers and leaves; whether or not in combination with flower vases. The motifs in the bobbin lace are connected by a mesh ground with rectangular meshes.
