Ewer and basin Bowl; The round; curved bowl has a wide rim; with a corrugated contour interrupted by double bulges. It is driven with four large irregularly shaped fields in the flat and four small; heart-shaped fields in the edge. The fields are surrounded by frames composed of soft ornaments; interlaced with draperies. Sample heads emerge from a number of locations from these lists. The large fields are decorated with allegorical representations of a combination of the seasons and the ages of man. Clockwise it is suggested: spring as a little girl with a bird in her hand; kneeling by a basket of flowers; and a little boy riding a hobby horse and holding a whip in the right hand; summer as a young couple; the woman holding a bundle of ears of corn; autumn as a little boy who brings harvested fruits in a basket on his back to a bearded elderly man sitting on the floor with keys in his hand; winter like an old man and woman sitting in front of a fire in a kitchen. The small fields are decorated with allegorical representations of the elements. It is presented clockwise: the earth as a child with fruit on its back; the water as a fishing child; the wind as a winged; flying above the clouds; blowing child; the fire as a child with a burning torch in one and arrows in it the other hand against the background of burning houses. In the slightly elevated center of the shelf is the umbo with the driven weapon of Sir Edward Sebright; First Baronet or Besford with the helmet sign. The umbo is surrounded by a recessed punched edge in which the lobed base of the jug closes. The border is surrounded by a frame composed of soft ornaments; draped with draperies.
