Women In The Soviet Union -- Mother Heroine -- Kalbuby Tastanbekova, a member of a collective farm in Kazakhstan, gave birth to her tenth child, a girl, in the first days of the war. She named her daughter Jenis (Victoria in the Kazakh language). The mother of ten children was called to, the Kremlin in Moscow and was presented with the Order of Mother Heroine.
