In scenes reminiscent of last year when the Royal family was nearly mobbed by film-mad crowds, a section of the huge throng broke through the 1,000 strong police cordon in Leicester Square London, and brought the Royal family's car to a halt as they arrived for the Royal Command Film Show at the Odeon Theatre. Police quickly cleared a path for the car and the King and Queen with Princess Margaret, drove on to the Odeon. November 25, 1947.
