In the right transept: the baroque organ produced in 1598-1601 by Luca Biagi (1548/1608) with decorations by Giovanni Battista Montano (1543/1621). It is the largest and oldest organ of Rome and one of the largest in the world; originally had 1;000 barrels and 700 more were added in 1731 after a restoration work.
