Low, wide neckline, bodice gathered along top with two diagonal frills either side of embroidered muslin with silver metal rows of dots and swags. Short puffed sleeves gathered into shoulders and narrow cuff. High waistline. Skirt, full-length, attached flat at front with fullness gathered into centre back. Silver metal border around hem with dot and swag rows at bottom and leafed branches above. Plain muslin border added below to lengthen skirt.
