Poland; Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship; village of Ostromecko; Restauracja Ostromecka: local initiative "Niech Cie Zakole" ("Turn around in the Pantry") presents cold smoked goose breast (Polish: "piers z gesi"; "p髄gesek"); Restaurant Ostromecko (Polish: Restauracja Ostromecka) is the meeting point of project and initiative "Niech Cie Zakole" which promotes locally farmed products in the area of Lower Vistula (German: Untere Weichsel) river. The promotion is mainly dedicated to the Koluda Goose; but also to local Merino lamb; to free moving pig race Zlotnicka; to locally produced vegetables; honey; cheese; sweets; beer and fruits. Most prestigious specialty is the cold smoked goose breast. Pjotr Lenhart is the initiator of the project and the driving power of this successful; also touristic initiative.
