Big Five Will Meet Here. - The assembly hall at the Palais des National home of the European Office of the United Nations Organisation, where the big five Aalan conference is to be held in April. The second largest building in Europe - only the Palace of Versailles covers a greater area - the Palais was originally built for the League of Nations.
