Many-banded aracari (Pteroglossus pluricinctus) perching on a branch. This bird is distinguished by its large bill (beak) with black and yellow stripes. The yellow eyes are surrounded by blue skin. It has a red rump and yellow underparts, with a black band across the chest and a black-red band across the belly. Photographed in the Amazon rainforest in Ecuador.
