That good-looking top milliner Otto Lucas who is so well known in Australia, was leaving home in Chelsea Place when I was passing by last weekend. Standing by was his chauffeur with one of the Luca's three care a big Jaguar. Important passengers this weekend were the three household dogs, two poodles, and an aristocratic Dalmatian.
