Siloli Desert, Bolivia - 25 May 2018 Desierto de Siloli is a high, dry mountain desert located in the Altiplano of southwestern Bolivia; most of the it lies at an altitude of about 4500 meters above sea level. It is a harsh and unforgiving place - starved of oxygen, bone dry and seared by sun and UV. But it is also surreal and startlingly beautiful. Susprisingly, there is also life, like this inquisitive culpeo, or Andean fox.
