The ***** to Seamen Hostel in Cardiff was officially opened by the Queen on Nov. 14, who inspected the entire premises but took ***** especial and detailed interest in the kitchen where she chatted with the chef, found the appointments 'delightful' and was enthusiastic about the refrigerator --- but thought it rather big for wartime rations.
