Japanese Student Down in New Riot - Tokyo Metropolitan police leave an injured student behind and another sitting on his haunches as they move in towards the Waseda University building May 8. The action started after two police plainclothesmen tried to mingle with students while investigating the May 1 riots in Tokyo. They were seized by students, but one escaped.
